Theme:  💕 Empowering Mettā Energy 💖

🛣Objectives:
1. How to use the four sublime states of mind to improve interpersonal relationships.
2. How to relieve stress from school assignments through breathing.
3. To equip oneself with unconquerable weapons which would soon be used in the workplace.

1. Former Participants are welcomed to volunteer as camp committees.
2. Those who are unable to join the entire camp are welcomed to sign up as volunteers to support this camp.

Special Remarks:
1. Late comers or early leavers are encouraged to join the volunteer group.
2. Campers are required to observe 8 precepts throughout the entire camp.
3. Campers are required to observe noble silence throughout the meditation camp.
4. Accommodation and meals are provided.
